This is me assessing hazards and risk at 5500m in the Andes.

 My background is in Nuclear Defence Engineering, having spent fourteen years in the Royal Navy and the  last eight years supporting various Submarine Defence projects. Whilst in the Royal Navy, I reached CAT A1 Supervisor position (Engineer Officer of the Watch), achieving  over a thousand hours of supervising critical operations on two Nuclear Steam Raising Plants. I have  experience of the complete Submarine cycle including a Long Overhaul Period (Refit), Reactor Refuel,  Commissioning, Missile Test Firing and Deterrent Patrols. Having left the Royal Navy, I have delivered projects as an Associate Principal Engineering Safety  Consultant for  on behalf of AMEC, AMEC Foster Wheeler,  Frazer-Nash Consultancy and expleo Group.  This work have been within the Vanguard Class Submarine Replacement programme and the delivery of In Service Submarines.
